Director Shankar was so much perturbed by Suriya who wielded his star power over the star director. Suriya had too many conditions to wield on Shankar including that of shooting only in March and signing Maatraan with KV Anand in between.The director who is not used to such kind of treatment from any other actor had decided to not choose Suriya. The actor who is rising to fame after recent success is reported to be controlling every department including piquing the ego of people like Thotta Tharani and offers him and Ravi K Chandran in Art Direction and Cinematography respectively.
The two best technicians of the industry are working in ‘7aam Arivu’ and had almost decided to quit with the film. When Suriya put forth conditions after conditions, the director’s anger reached its peak and he decided to go with Vijay again.
Vijay, who would have lost the opportunity to work with Shankar due to external pressures, will be part of the film again. Now, Vijay will play the lead idiot in Shankar’s ‘3 idiots’ Tamil remake. Vijay and his fans have become very much happy about this new development.
